Each site license can be used on one public-facing website or intranet at a time. Each MSM-based website counts as one website - each site under the MSM install needs its own license. You may install Structure on an unlimited number of private, in-development websites, but a license must be purchased before the site goes live. Full refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied.

Unless you have been granted prior, written consent from Travis Schmeisser, you may not:

- Reproduce, distribute, or transfer the Software, or portions thereof, to any third party
- Sell, rent, lease, assign, or sublet the Software or portions thereof
- Grant rights to any other person
- GPLv2 software has been used for the javascript in this module and do not carry to those portions
