Flickr for ExpressionEngine happily marries Flickr and your EE-powered website. The add-on gives you several options for integrating Flickr - a Flickr Fieldtype, a handful of template tags, and Wygwam/Matrix compatibility.

The Flickr Fieldtype allows you to create a custom Flickr field, allowing your users to browse their Flickr photos and embed them into entries. Combine it with P&T’s Matrix and the possibilities are endless.

Thanks to John D Wells, Flickr for ExpressionEngine now has Wygwam support as well.  This lets you embed Flickr photos directly within a Wygwam field.

And finally, template tags, and lots of ‘em.  For everything from your Flickr photostream, to favorited photos, photosets, groups and more.

Works like a charm. Within 15 minutes I had created a simple photo gallery fetching everything from Flickr into EE. With the only work being: building some ‘intelligence’ in my templates.

Seems promising but alot of tags don’t seems to work such as: {flickr_field size=“medium”} and {flickr_field size=“thumb”}.

Also it doesn’t seem you can use “imgsizer” tag

inside “flickr” tag pair as suggested in the documents.

Is this add-on is still being developed?

Works exactly as advertised. You hook your account into the site. No more uploading into EE’s file manager. Would be great to tie this to the user rather than site.
