This is a great add-on. Removes a great deal of tedium from custom field setup and makes working with custom fields a lot faster!

Love Field Editor. It’s a giant improvement over the native ee way of adding/editing fields and has made my life better for the cost of a burger+fries.

I honestly did not find this to be that useful. If you have a lot of Matrix fields, this probably won’t be of much use to you. I really didn’t feel like my workflow speed increased as a result of this add-on, it felt like I was clicking just as much to make edits as with the normal field editor.

In EE, fields are stored in groups. So why not edit them in groups? Makes perfect sense.
And I second the developer license request.

This addon has a lot of potential but I found too many issues with different fieldtypes such as matrix, channel images, etc.
A bit frustrating because I like the concept a lot. It just didn’t seem to work 100% with my other addons.
I would still recommend giving it a try though.
