ED Conditionals is an ExpressionEngine plugin to return conditionals if a weblog(s) has content in a specific category(ies).

Each query is cached with $SESS so multiple requests on the same page only use a single DB query.

Example:

{exp:ed_conditionals:cat_has_content weblog="4" category="3|6|10"}
  {if no_content}
    There is no content
  {if:else}
    There is content
  {/if}
{/exp:ed_conditionals:cat_has_content}
