Developer Info

This is an EE2 port of the EE1 SL Developer Info module. It also improves upon it, bringing a lot more information into the Channel page view.

This is primarily a port of the SL Developer Info EE1 addon into EE2 with some feature enhancements.

The File Uploads page and Templates page displays pertinent information about each on single pages. There are also quick links to get you where you need to go faster.

The Channels page displays detailed information about your all your channels and custom fields. The single page interface quickly displays everything you need to know about your custom fields. It also gives you quick links to make changes to your site faster.

In addition to the default EE fieldtypes, there is currently support for:



New in Version 1.1: Ability to Hide/Show Channel details and Template details. Useful when you have a lot of both.

More Fieldtypes will be supported in the future. Need one now? Please contact me or post in the support forum and let me know and I’ll do my best.
As Stephen Lewis said about his EE1 version:

No more wasting time fighting through multiple menu options in the Administration section, just to find out what short name you used for a particular field. Simply open SL Developer Info, and it’s all there waiting for you…

There is also support for the Override.css theme, but it will work on the stock theme, too.

I’d give 6 stars if I could. Such a handy add-on. Really missed this module when I moved from EE1 and now it’s in EE2 with some nice improvements to boot. Great being able to see all your field info at once including all matrix columns. Thanks so much Marc :)
