ISO 3166-1 country code compliant country select plugin.

This ExpressionEngine plugin is a spinoff of the wonderful BU Countries Select plugin from http://devot-ee.com/add-ons/bu-countries-select/.

Since we needed to include proper country codes as defined in ISO_3166-1 (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1), we forked the plugin, making it available under a similar license.
